Product Purchase Policies and Procedures
Any Civility Consulting media or print product (e.g. CDs, books, programs, etc.) in its original condition may be returned to Civility Consulting for a full refund or exchange within thirty (30) days from the original purchase. The original receipt or online order number is required for all returns and exchanges.
A missing item or damaged product fee of 15% will be applied to any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in “like new” condition). Any product that is returned without promotional item(s) included with the original transaction (e.g., Special Report, promotional CD) will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the refund amount.
Other Items
All electronically distributed products (e.g. ebooks, software, online video and audio, etc.) are a non-refundable purchase.
Purchases made through third-party vendors (e.g. Amazon, etc.) are subject to that vendor’s specific return and billing policies. In these instances, you must contact the vendor directly for support and inquiries regarding their policies.
Civility Consulting reserves the right to refuse any return.

Privacy Policy
Civility Consulting (CivilityConsulting.com, FindLoveIn5.com. LiveTheConfidentLife.com, TheConfidenceQueen.com) is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers’ personal data. We use your email and occasionally your telephone number exclusively to communicate with you regarding your order. We will never distribute your personal information to other companies for use in mailing lists, surveys or any other purpose.
Communications from any of the .com sites
We send to all of our users our exclusive Newsletters, which alerts you to new features and products as well as special offers and services available on our site. We do not share your personally identifiable information with any third parties in connection with our Newsletter or offers.

Mandatory Communications
CivilityConsutling.com reserves the right to communicate with you from time to time about important administrative, policy, legal, credit card, and billing matters, which will affect your use of our web sites, including without limitation any alleged violations of our Terms of Service. Sale of Assets
In the event that CivilityConsulting.com and/or its units or subsidiaries are ever sold, acquired, merged, liquidated, reorganized, or otherwise transferred, we reserve the right to transfer our user databases together with any personally identifiable information contained therein, to a third-party acquiring CivilityConsulting.com assets. In the event we do so, we will place an update to our Privacy Policy and indicate that there is an update on the home page of our site.

Easy Digital Downloads
We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store. This information may include, but is not limited to, your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and any other details that might be requested from you for the purpose of processing your orders.
